Working to a compressed timeline, we ran focused discovery workshops with stakeholders from every region to define shared requirements while preserving each partner's local identity.

Across three discovery and planning workshops, we brought together representatives from each region to agree requirements and shape an information architecture that worked for the whole estate. We used our own base-build product to map existing components to LHC's needs with minimal functional change, keeping styling consistent across all six sites for brand cohesion, with each region differentiated only by its colour palette. This let us lift and shift content from the previous platform quickly, and use AI-assisted transcription to turn workshop discussions into sign-off-ready notes.
The bespoke Framework Finder leaned on our existing tagging and listing functionality, minimising genuinely new development.
Despite the six-site scope, we delivered the full project in around 20 weeks, testing efficiently across a shared codebase.
