Having worked together since 2011, Mentor Digital were delighted to work on the third iteration of the RTPI’s website which also included rolling out new branding on their new website. Mentor delivered:
- Umbraco 13 CMS implementation
- A fresh and contemporary design using RTPI’s new branding
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM powered membership portal
- Event management booking system
- Membership functionality
- Completion of accessibility audit in collaboration with Scope

After completing planning workshops, Mentor worked with RTPI to deliver a design phase. First creating flat designs, then developing the frontend of the website in a Pattern Library to bring RTPI’s new digital brand to life.
Through focused sprints, we completed bespoke development, including complex integrations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, e-commerce and development of intuitive membership functionality and event booking systems.
Throughout the build, we worked closely with disability charity, Scope, to ensure the website was accessible. Following testing and content loading, Scope audited the website to ensure the website reached an AA WCAG rating prior to launch.
The result is a robust, secure and sophisticated website that seamlessly reflects RTPI’s modern brand and will continue to support the organisation’s growth for years to come.
