Digital Media - Account Executive

Mentor Digital, one of Bristol and the South West’s leading digital media agencies, is looking for an Account Executive to join the digital media client services team at our central Bristol HQ.

The role:

Providing support for our client services team, in order to give the best possible customer service and delivery for our clients. You will be directly supporting our:

  • Account Director
  • Account Managers
  • Project Managers

 

As part of your day to role you will be:

  • Handling client communications
  • Managing our client support desk and organising development tasks / tickets
  • Liaising with project managers and clients on status of development tasks / tickets
  • Producing sales orders and other project documentation
  • Liaising with the development and design teams
  • Managing smaller digital media projects

 

Required Skills: 

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team
  • Ability to plan and prioritise as required
  • Successful time management skills / ability to work to pre-determined deadlines
  • Calm under pressure
  • A self-starter and driven person with the vision to add value to client accounts

 

This position would be ideal for a graduate that has successfully completed an internship or an Account Executive with agency experience looking for a new challenge. This role could also be suitable for a junior client side candidate that is looking for a role within an agency.
